Application

High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to determine the main component of the CRM. Water was determined by Karl Fischer method. Total non-volatiles/inorganics were determined by ICP-MS methods. Volatile solvents were determined by GC-MS method. All the appliances were calibrated and the certified value could be traced to the SI unit.
