Application
Accurate and reliable analysis methods based on HPLC (DAD detector) and qNMR were used to determine the main component of RM. Water was determined by karl-fisher and TGA method. Total non-volatiles /inorganics were determined by CIP-MS methods. The metrological validity of measuring method and measuring instruments was ensured to maintain traceability of the certified characteristic values.
Uncertainties arising from value determination of main component and impurities such as moisture and non-volatiles /inorganics are taken into consideration.
