Traceability and calibration methods
The material wasidentified to be methomyl by GC-MS and UV.HPLC based mass balance approach anddifferential scanning calorimetryapproach were used to analyze the purity. For mass balance approach, the content of the main component was determined by HPLC-DAD method. The content of water was determined by Karl-Fischer method. The content of total ash residues /inorganics was determined by ignition method.
