Metal Inoculation Loop
Inoculation ring is a commonly used inoculum tool for bacterial cultivation, called an inoculum needle. It has a metal hand le like an anatomical needle, with a thin iron wire at the front end, and the top of the wire is bent into a circular shape. Before use, the circular part is burned red with an alcohol lamp (sterilized), and then the bacterial strain is dipped and evenly coated on the culture medium. The inoculation is completed.
