This sampling bag treated by radiation sterilization, which can ensure the accuracy of analysis results. This product makes it easier and more efficient to collect, store and transport samples. It is mainly used in laboratory sampling, environmental sampling, biomedical and pharmaceutical research, quality inspection (QA / AC), food industry application, clinical medicine and veterinary medicine. Made of strong polyethylene, it is easier to put into the sample. Polyethylene is extruded into a tubular shape at 260 ℃ to ensure internal sterility. The whole process is produced in 300000 level sterile clean workshop, and the interior of the bag has never been exposed to the external environment. The finished product is subject to radiation sterilization to ensure the reliability and safety of the product.

Feature

Usage method

1. Open the dotted line seal on the sampling bag.

2. Pull the wire brace on both sides of the sampling bag outward to open the opening of the sampling bag.

3. Put the sample into the sampling bag.

4. Grasp the ends of the wires on both sides to draw closer to the inner surface of the sampling bag.

5. Rotate the sampling bag 3-4 times.

6. The ends of the iron wires on both sides are folded on the sampling bag to keep it sealed and prevent penetration.

Quality Control

Product quality is manufactured, not tested. The secret of production quality control is: let everyone do their own products. Employees are required to conduct self inspection on the products they produce. Only the products they think are qualified can flow to the next process or workshop. The unqualified products found in the self inspection should be identified and placed separately.

Packing, and Transportation

It is packed in standard export cartons.

1. We will use middle box to package the sampling bag.

2. We will use plastic tape to seal the box.

3. Stick shipping marks on outer carton.

4. It will be fixed with packing belt to ensure that the goods arrive to customers.
