Why is high and low temperature box much more expensive than high temperature box

There are two main reasons why the high temperature test chamber is higher than the low temperature test chamber:

1. High and low temperature boxes shall be equipped with compressors.

The high and low temperature test chamber can do low-temperature test or high-temperature test. To do low-temperature test, you have to configure the compressor, and the cost of the compressor will be more expensive, especially the imported cascade compressor.

The high-temperature test chamber can only do high-temperature test, so it is usually not equipped with compressor, and the cost of light compressor is saved a lot.

2. High and low temperature boxes are labor-consuming and time-consuming

Because the low-temperature box needs to be tested at low temperature, the cooling capacity of the compressor needs to be calculated, the pipeline needs to be arranged, and the requirements for other parts of the equipment are also high. The ventilation and circuit parts are much more complex than the high-temperature box work, which is labor-consuming and time-consuming. These are all costs.
