Application
High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) was used to determine the main component of the CRM. Water was determined by Karl-Fisher titration method. Total non-volatiles /inorganics were determined by TGA and ICP-MS methods, respectively.
Homogeneity and Stability Assessment
According to the standard material specification, the within-bottle and between-bottle homogeneity and stability testing for this certified reference material were carried out through random sampling by HPLC-DAD method. The minimum sample amount is 3 mg. The F-test method was used for homogeneities testing and no statistically significant differences among bottles were observed.
Random sampling at regular intervals was made to test the stability of the certified reference material. The period of validity of this RM is 24 months since the date of certification. The stability of this RM is regularly monitored by NIM. Any change of the certified values during this period will be informed to the customer just-in-less-time.

The lot of material is divided into clean brown glass bottles with plastic inner lid and screw cap. Each bottle contains 100mg of sample.
- Storage
The CRM should be kept in dark, low temperature (4℃) and dry place. It should be dried in desiccator with P2O5 for at least 24 hours.
- Note
The minimum sampling is 3mg.
