Use Method Of Petri Dish

Put the reagent bottle to be used in a proper position on the work area, and loosen the cover of the reagent bottle to be used;

Place the Petri dish in the center of the work area;

Remove the cap of the reagent bottle and suck out the reagent from the reagent bottle with a straw;

Put the lid of the Petri dish behind the Petri dish;

Gently inject the culture medium directly into the base of one side of the Petri dish;

Cover the Petri dish;

Put the Petri dish on the side where it was originally placed, and be careful not to let the medium enter the small space between the cover and the bottom;

Take out the used straw.
