Quality inspection:

Inject a certain amount of 2.0mg/l Evan blue solution into the cuvette, and the liquid level in the cuvette shall be equal. Use a cuvette as the standard, use a red filter (wavelength 600 ~ 610nm), zero with water, accurately adjust the reading of this cuvette to 50% T, and then read the light transmittance of other cuvettes. It is qualified if the light transmittance difference is within ± 0.5% t.

Cleaning of lab plastic cuvette

1. Use the sampling gun to absorb a little acid from the acid bath (acid tank) and add it to the cuvette, let it stand for a few hours, then rinse it with clean water, and finally rinse it with deionized water When the cuvette is not in use, rinse it with deionized water, put it upside down on absorbent paper, cool and dry it, and store it

2. The lab plastic cuvette shall be treated with quartz or a material that can pass through ultraviolet light. Soak in hydrochloric acid: methanol (1:1, V / V) solution for at least 30 minutes before and after use, and completely wash with deionized water.
