The material has strong corrosion resistance, low air permeability and low adsorption capacity. Using this soft sampling bag instead of small steel cylinders for sampling offers the advantages of light weight and low cost.
This sampling bag is treated by radiation sterilization, which can ensure the accuracy of analysis results. This product makes sample collection, storage and transportation easier and more efficient. It is mainly used for laboratory sampling, environmental monitoring, biomedical and pharmaceutical research, quality inspection (QA / QC), food industry, clinical medicine and veterinary medicine. Made of tough polyethylene, it is convenient for sample loading. Polyethylene is extruded into a tubular shape at 260 ℃ to guarantee internal sterility. The whole production process takes place in a Class 300,000 sterile clean workshop, so the inner surface of the bag never contacts the external environment. Finished products undergo radiation sterilization to guarantee product reliability and safety.

Feature
1. The sampling bags remain sterile even after 5 years of storage.
2. Operating temperature range: -100 ℃ to +80 ℃. Samples can be heated in water baths or frozen under low-temperature conditions.
3. 100% gamma ray sterilization, with high-temperature sterilization at 220–240 ℃ during molding.
4. Made of LDPE (low density polyethylene), resistant to UV light, radiation and multiple cleaning reagents.
5. Grease pens can mark sample information on the bag; compact size saves storage space, safe, reliable, convenient and cost-effective.
Usage method
1. Tear open the dotted seal of the sampling bag.
2. Pull the wire frames on both sides outwards to widen the bag opening.
3. Place the sample inside the bag.
4. Hold the two wire ends and pull them tightly against the bag's inner surface.
5. Twist the wire ends together 3 to 4 times.
6. Fold the twisted wire ends onto the bag to form a tight seal and avoid leakage.
