Microscope glass colour frosted slides are rectangular soda-lime glass slides with colored frosted marking ends. The 7109 series is available in white(7109-W), blue(7109-B), pink(7109-P), red(7109-R), yellow(7109-Y), orange(7109-O)and green(7109-G), designed for easy sample labeling and identification in laboratories. 7109 series are suitable for thermal printers and inkjet printers, colours are not changing during routine H&E staining.

7109 Glass Slide Core specifications
Standard size 25.4 × 76.2 mm, thickness 1.0-1.2 mm; single end single-sided color coated frosted (painted color marking area), also known as color paint sheet, color code glass slide, with edges often polished and chamfered to prevent hand cutting, pre cleaned at the factory, and scratch resistant with spacer paper.
Key advantages (distinguishing between 7105/7107 ordinary frosted sheets)
1. The marking area is marked with blue, pink, green, yellow, orange and other colored backgrounds, and is divided into color groups to distinguish sample batches, experimental groups, and patient groups. Large quantities of pathological and cytological samples are sorted to avoid confusion;
2. The colored coating is resistant to alcohol, xylene, HE dye solution, and conventional organic solvents immersion, and does not fade or bleed during dyeing and dewaxing;
3. Pencil, marker pen, ballpoint pen, inkjet printer, and heat transfer printer can all write/code in the color code area, and the handwriting is firm and insoluble;
4. The frosted coating is opaque and only used for marking, while the transparent area is used for specimen preparation.

Application
Pathological paraffin sections, blood cell smears, fluid cytology, microbiological microscopy, batch staining machine (compatible with fully automatic staining machine slots), and classification and archiving of multiple control experiments.
Usage of 7109:
1. Open the vacuum packaging and gently remove to avoid scratching other glass slides;
2. Pinch both ends of the glass slide, and do not touch the transparent observation area in the middle with your fingers;
3. Only when there are no scratches, water stains, or dust can it be used for transparent observation;
4. Use a pencil to indicate the number, date, etc. in the paint area;
5. Place the glass slide on the microscope and drop 1 drop of liquid in the middle;
6. Take another clean cover glass as a slide and spread the liquid evenly;
7. Observe under a microscope;
8. Mainly for one-time use.
